The exported timeline connects intervals, speaker-labelled transcripts, monitor readings and recorded facts with their evidence.
What each interval contains
The interval and its time, speaker-labelled transcript, monitor values where captured, and each extracted fact with its quotation. Spoken values and monitor readings remain separately identified.
Transcript
The spoken words remain here, with final speaker attribution after reconciliation.
Captured fact
Each spoken entry links to the supporting quotation in the transcript.
Monitor readings
Values read from the monitor are kept separate from spoken values.

Navigate the evidence
In the exported timeline, selecting an interval seeks the recording to that moment. The active interval follows playback. A fact links back to its supporting sentence.
The timeline keeps the spoken wording. The clinical record uses checked professional wording. Missing or unclear evidence remains visible.
Review the complete case
The timeline opens locally in a browser without a server or login. It is delivered with the recording, clinical record and manifest through the approved export workflow.
